Built for freezer programs
Our buyers share one trait: the freezer is a program, not an afterthought. Three patterns account for most of them:
The Working Pattern
Programs, not one-off cases
However you buy, the mechanics protect the cold chain of paperwork, if not the literal one: the specifications live on this site, in print, and the quote you receive is written against them. No verbal pack sizes, no “approximately case-weight” — the numbers on the page are the numbers in the quote, because a frozen program is planned in warehouse slots, planograms, and plate costs long before it is cooked.
New programs usually start with a spec conversation. Send the lines you are considering and the volume shape; samples and pack questions are handled in the same exchange. When the program spans cheese or grocery, those lines ride in the same request — one vendor file for the whole set.
